Ryan Reynolds (The Proposal, X-Men Origins: Wolverine), husband of Scarlett Johansson, will be hosting Saturday Night Live with musical guest Lady Gaga.
If you skipped through the commercials, you might have missed the previews.

He will be the star of Deadpool and The Green Lantern in 2011. I don't like that he's playing a character from DC Comics and Marvel. He needs to stick to one superhero. Do you see Christian Bale play Superman?! No, I don't think so.

TLC announced today the new title of this family show, Kate Plus Eight, starting Nov. 2.
How sad, there is no more Jon in the title of the show.

"Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family. The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate's journey really resonates with our viewers," said TLC President Eileen O'Neill.

Even though Jon is not apart of the title, he will continue to appear, but less frequently. The show will focus on the kids' lives, and also on Kate on dealing with single motherhood.

Kate Gosselin is in works to be apart of a new talk show on cable.

This family makes me sad. :(

How I Met Your Mother Spoiler Alert! (Highlight if you want to read. I hope this works. Sorry if it's shown black on Google Reader)

The 100th episode will air in January in which Neil Patrick Harris heads up a musical number. Ted will also be very very close to finding out who the mother is. The show is casting for the mother!!!!!! This will be legend.......wait for it........wait for it more.......dary!

Side note about last night's show: I have a feeling all of their doppelgangers hang out together at a bar similar to McClaren's. I bet moustache Marshall and stripper Lily are together too! i <3>

Tuesday night marks the return of the scripted reality show, The Hills. Last time a new episode aired, Lauren Conrad left the show, Kristin Cavallari returns to MTV, and Speidi got married.

Expect drama, relationships, catfights, and fireworks!

A recent article from The Daily Beast enlightened the world to what the cast members earn for this 30 minute reality show.

i <3 friends for life

Rumor has it that there is a Friends movie in the works. Ever since the show ended in 2004, there have been constant rumors about a possible reunion movie on the big screen. Many times, the cast has squashed them.

However, James Michael Tyler also known as the Central Perk coffee shop worker Gunther confirmed it: "Friends: The Movie is definitely on. I still keep in touch with a lot of the cast and they say that they are really keen."

The main reason why the rumors have been coming back is because Warner Brothers would like to have success similar to Sex and the City: Movie.

I truly believe the movie would do well if it came out in the next couple of years, but if time keeps on passing, people may start to forget 10 seasons of one of the best comedies ever.

If you want a Friends fix, watch Courtney Cox on Cougar Town on Wednesdays at 9:30. (I hope she doesn't scream as much as the premiere. Please being Chandler on as a guest appearance!)

The Hills is premiering next Tues, Sept. 29 at 10:00. New day. Old cast member returns. Oh, how I miss thee Lauren Conrad. I hope Kristin makes Speidi's life miserable, but I doubt it.

If you are a fan of Speidi, or at least Heidi Montag, she will be filling in as a host for Elisabeth Hasselback on The View. Elizabeth Hasselback is out on maternity leave. The date is set for Oct. 1.

Last time Speidi appeared on the talk show, Whoopi Goldberg told the couple "You better get yourselves together or you're going to be in the street." Heidi responded "You're too old now. Last year it was cute. Now you're adults." Heidi, you should not talk to Sister Mary Clarence like that.

I'm expecting fireworks!

1) Glee

-I have to say this new show will make my year. Their writing was so good on the pilot episode, and the music inspires me. Thiis MUST be on your shows to watch.



2) Cougar Town
(Wednesday 9:30-10:00, Fall Premiere Date: Sept. 23) ABC
-Courtney Cox (Friends, Dirt) comes back to the comedy sitcom world. She's no longer playing Mrs. Monica Bing, but a 40-year old single woman looking to have fun. Critics have said this show will have many lauhgs unlike Joey.



3) FlashForward
(Thursday 8:00-9:00, Fall Premiere Date: Sept 24) ABC
-John Cho (Harol & Kumar, Star Trek), Dominic Monaghan (Lost, Lord of the Rings) will be apart of this science-fiction television series. This show will be fun for you if you like mystery shows like Lost.



4) V
(Tuesday 8:00-9:00, Fall Premiere Date: Nov 3) ABC
-Elizabeth Mitchell (Lost), Scott Wolf (Party of Five, Nine) are in the remake of this 1984 series. This maybe about aliens, but reviews have been very positive for this show. This is another one of those mystery shows.


5) Vampire Diaries
(Thursday 8:00-9:00, Fall Premiere Date: Sept 10) CW
-Twilight and True Blood is probably what you may think of when you watch it. Expect to be angsty, broody, and great!

Kristin Kreuk (Smallville) is joining Chuck for multiple episodes as a love interest. They will meet on a flight to Paris, and feelings start to arise.

Reported a couple weeks ago, Brandon Routh (Superman the Movie) is playing a possible love interest for Sarah.

The only sad part is that we have to wait til MARCH of 2010 for new episodes of Chuck.

As you may know by now, TR Knight (George) no longer has a contract with the tv show, and Katherine Heigl (Izzie) is on board for the full season starting this fall.

However, Katherine Heigl is taking a 5-episode leave of abscence to shoot the movie of the tv show, Life as We Know it.

Ellen Pompeo (Meredith) is also on maternity leave, so we there will be some episodes with neither Heigl or Pompeo. Oh no! I wonder where the drama will come from now? McDreamy? Cristina?

Coincidentally, it was recently announced that there will be 3 new recurring doctors: Nora Zehetner (Heroes..she played Eden in Season 1), Robert Baker, and Jesse Williams (Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2).
